Meet Our Real Estate Team – Katie Hofer
A native of Loudoun County, Virginia, Katie Hofer began her career in the Real Estate industry as a Property Manager. She did this for 5 years before becoming a Realtor. Having grown up in Northern Virginia, she has the unique advantage of having witnessed the area transform in many ways. Utilizing this knowledge of the local community, she is able to build lifelong relationships with her clients. She is also able to watch them, along with the Northern Virginia area, grow and thrive.
Katie loves to help her clients fulfill their lifelong dream of becoming homeowners. She is a valued JS Realty Team member due in part to her honest approach to Real Estate. She has wonderful negotiation skills, integrity, and a commitment to her clients. At the end of 2017 Katie became engaged to her long time boyfriend, Mike. When she’s not on a local golf course, you can find her or out enjoying the day with her puppy Penny.
