Meet Our Real Estate Team – Mary Williams
Originally from the Midwest, Mary and her husband moved to Northern Virginia in 1991 following a stay in Southern California. Before engaging in the real estate industry, she was a System Engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In this capacity, she worked for the US Intelligence and Defense agencies. This has proved to be a great background for facilitating real estate transactions. Each home purchase and sale is a project requiring oversight, monitoring of deadlines and milestones.
Mary is a Home Staging Professional Realtor Accredited by StagedHomes.com. She enjoys the creativity and satisfaction of helping sellers prepare their properties to sell for the best price possible. Mary has also earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation from the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). She stays current on industry trends in order to provide the best value possible to her clients.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
As an actively engaged member of her community, Mary is also a member of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is an avid supporter of the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation. And most recently co-chaired the Chantilly High School 2018 All Night Grad Party.

Jenna has more than 15 years of experience in an office environment, and her creative and artistic approach stems from working in a variety of industries. She started her career as an Administrative Assistant in the software development division of a large higher education technology firm. Her attention to detail and the ability to be not only a team player, but also a leader in her group, earned her several Outstanding Achievement awards. Throughout her career, she has worked in many different industries and environments, including a hospital and internationally known skin care brands. She draws upon her previous experiences to market and create brand awareness for the

A native of Loudoun County, Virginia, Katie Hofer began her career in the Real Estate industry as a Property Manager. She did this for 5 years before becoming a Realtor. Having grown up in Northern Virginia, she has the unique advantage of having witnessed the area transform in many ways. Utilizing this knowledge of the local community, she is able to build lifelong relationships with her clients. She is also able to watch them, along with the Northern Virginia area, grow and thrive.
