She started her career as an Administrative Assistant in the software development division of a large higher education technology firm. Her attention to detail and the ability to be not only a team player, but also a leader in her group, earned her several Outstanding Achievement awards. Throughout her career, she has worked in many different industries and environments, including a hospital and internationally known skin care brands. She draws upon her previous experiences to market and create brand awareness for the JS Realty Team as the Creative Marketing Director and Social Media Lead.

Jenna is a California Native, speaks fluent Spanish, and currently lives in Countryside, VA with her husband and two children.

He has a passion for Real Estate and has represented more than $135 million in real estate transactions over the span of his career. As a homeowner, he has walked in the buyer’s & seller’s shoes many times.

His personal experience with real estate inspired him to want to be a leader in the industry to ensure all real estate clients have a positive experience. This is why he co-founded the JS Realty Team with his partner, Sarah Taylor. They are equally dedicated to building lifelong relationships, and to helping clients fulfill their dreams through ethical, honest and fair real estate solutions. Scott has achieved success because he does not perceive real estate sales and purchases to be transactional, but instead transformational. When he’s not Pinning gardening tips, Scott spends much of his spare time on golf courses in his area and playing with his new puppy, Riggins.

Sarah considers herself a catalyst for financial freedom through real estate. She has a passion for helping people, and for making dreams come true through the ownership of real estate. Her deep appreciation for both residential and commercial architecture was what led her to the Real Estate industry. She is committed to educating, guiding, and empowering individuals and families to own a piece of the world.

Sarah has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer in Northern VA, which is one of the nation’s leading and most competitive real estate markets. After several months as an Administrative Assistant in a Real Estate office working with her father, Jackie felt she had found the industry she was looking for. She focused on becoming a Realtor and earned her Real Estate license at the age of 19. As part of the JS Realty Team, she is able to utilize her 6 years of experience as both a Realtor and Executive Assistant when dealing with clients and helping her team. Recently, Jackie became a Full-Time Realtor®. Now she is able to focus on her clients more than ever to provide them with the best possible service. Real Estate is her passion and she is excited for this next step in her career.

An avid Washington Sports fan and golf enthusiast, Jackie can be found on the course or kayaking down the Shenandoah River when she’s not in the office or with clients.
